Realising I've been dealing with some low grade depression for the last month or so. I am safe, I am not in danger to myself & I've been through this enough times to know what do if I ever feel like I am. Would just like a break from the sadness 😔

7 out of 8 of the last weeks, I've managed to walk over 30 kms per week. I was pretty much sedentary at the start of the year, kinda proud that I've managed to keep it up so far
