Neighbors are having people over. Said to bring something. Learned yesterday it’s an Italian theme. Didn’t really mess up what I planned but it was a pivot. Soooo I made Spuma di Mortadella. Bringing some tomato jam for it too. It’s simple, and people are gonna love-hate me for it. 😎
