When progressives finally win control of the state legislature, I won't be surprised if @christinakcover.bsky.social is either a state rep on the governing coalition's inside or a by-then longtime leader of NYC-DSA on the coalition's outside. Either way, Christina is one to watch and support now.

So the House is going to vote TOMORROW on the DHS funding bill that includes funding for ICE.
There's a real chance we can get Dems to vote NO on any bill with ICE funding to sink it.
Once it goes to the Senate we likely lose this chance.
