That interview (that Tim conducted very clumsily) revealed how shallow Swan’s and Haberman’s reporting is … they report only what they’re told w no other source material and more important no analysis… does this make sense, is it just, etc. All game no stakes

Someone please tell the agents that they should save the "agents are told they will not be personally liable" for breaking the law emails for their sentencing hearings. Perhaps it will get them a shorter incarceration. "Just following orders" works every time.

Impeachment of select judges (start w the S. Ct. and go from there, for corruption (re Thomas) and malfeasance, misconduct (re O’Connor). Don’t care if you don’t have the votes, run the trials. Air it out. Ask yourself why we have to tolerate this?
