Out of the 4 issues that required contacting 4 different customer care teams the same mid-July week: 1 is fully closed, 2 seem to be almost resolved and 1 is still in the ether. It’s certainly made me rethink how much I need ‘stuff’ before I buy it.

Awesome month with many and varied adventures, but the lesson that I can’t do all the things has got to stick at some point, right?
It’s 6 pm and I still have 2 social commitments. Plus it’s Pride this weekend, so Monday is the earliest I have nothing planned.

My family and I don’t tend to keep stuff but as I pack away my 600-gram tent I really wish we still had my grandparents’ tent and my parents’ first tent to compare them, instead of just comparing them against my memories.

What is it with Duolingo translating people’s names? If someone tells me their name is Tiago, I’m not going to start calling them James. This feels very 90s; I am befuddled.

I need a way to disable YT shorts on my iPad. I have my phone and laptop set up so it’s much harder to fall into rabbit hole but the iPad is a nightmare.

One way for me to spend less time in my phone is for screen time to malfunction and block most apps after 1 minute of use, sure. (A friend set up and then lost my password for it)

It would be lovely if I could make changes to my flight online after it’s been moved from 5 pm to 6 am. Instead I have to call and have been listening to the same 50 seconds of music on repeat for 2+ hours. Not unheard of but usually I choose it and the sound quality doesn’t hurt my ears. 😬

Today’s the first time I went on Crave and didn’t see Heated Rivalry in the top ten. Part of me believed it would stay there until the summer. Are people becoming normal about this?

During my many neighborhood walks I map out all the free libraries I see. I finally added them up. I found an astounding 49 book libraries within a 45-min walking radius. Plus 18 for food, art, fiber, pets, etc.
