Country maps are only useful when visits, conversions and revenue share a source of truth.

Otherwise you get a map of curiosity, not a map of business.

Pretty charts are easy. Verified conversions are not.

“Unknown traffic” is not the same thing as “human traffic”.

If a detector can’t classify a session, the honest move is to park it in uncertainty
instead of inflating the human graph.

Confident false labels look better in dashboards.
They make worse decisions.

Most startups don’t die because the idea was stupid.

They die in month one because distribution, support and measurement were treated as later problems.

Shipping with no path to users is a private prototype.

iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max are officially on sale today.
New Burgundy finish is live alongside Black, Silver, and Glacier.
Pre-order already done — or still deciding Pro vs Max?

I’m leaning toward pricing a practical founder course at $200–$300, not $2,000.

Reason: I want implementation, not theater.

Is underpricing a distribution strategy or a positioning mistake?

“Hours of calls this week” is vanity until you can name the behavior inside it.

Customer follow-ups. International conversations. Work and personal split.

A metric is useful only when you can say what created it.

Most product demos start with features.

Wrong starting point.

Start with the job:
make a business call from a second number without wrecking deliverability or mixing personal and work identity.
September 16, 2026 at 2:26 PM
A cheap international number is useless if nobody picks up.

Teams calling the US, Canada or Australia don’t first ask about per-minute rates.
They ask why the other side treats the call as spam or unknown.

The real unit is answered conversations, not minutes bought.

9 apps live.
Not one of them is “cool”.

ZIP extractor.
PDF editor.
Printer utility.
CV builder.
Invoice maker.

No brand campaign.
No launch thread.
People search for a function, find the app, install it.

That’s an underrated distribution model.

I don’t treat social as a launch pad.

I treat it as a public work log: what shipped, what broke, and what the number actually measured.

If you build products, that’s usually more useful than a polished announcement.

I build products across analytics, telecom, research and utility software.

I use X for operating notes:
what shipped, what broke, what the metric actually meant.

YouTube is the long version.

Before city information became searchable, comparable, and structured, it had to be filed.

We wrote about the longer transition from printed city guides and filing systems to structured city intelligence.

Twin Phone crossed 100+ hours of calls in one week.

Not just a usage metric.

That’s customer calls, business follow-ups, international conversations, and people using a second number to keep work and personal life separate.

Real conversations. Real signal.

We’re just getting started.
