former stevens square resident chiming in - mint properties has been so awful and predatory to this neighborhood. the way pretty much every rental in this area is horribly mismanaged cannot be said enough

but we’re facing public library hour cuts on top of the myriad of other cuts HCPL has faced this year alone.……….all while the thin blue line cries victim….
