Your describing the strong winds and high humidity, it brings to mind waiting in long lines at the Florida theme parks to see a show. Temps in the high 90's, they used industrial strength fans spraying water onto the people. How did we ever survive? 🙂

Yes, and animals like sea birds nesting on the beach are victims. Also, most importantly, people like veterans with Post-Tramatic Stress who survived war.
