Whether it’s killing a civilization, or bombing them back to the Stone Age, or the destruction of civilian infrastructure, or a nuclear bomb is dropped, it doesn’t matter who you voted for. If you’re American, it’s done on your behalf and in your name.

Can confirm.
It’s official: scientists aren’t funny. But it doesn’t have to be this way... "on average scientists delivered only 1.6 jokes per presentation, of which 66% generated “only polite chuckles”. Science and comedy, it seems, don’t mix." www.theguardian.com/commentisfre...

If I understood the speech correctly, the key takeaway is that the US has achieved all of their military objectives, no matter how poorly articulated they were. Iran’s military has been rendered completely inoperable. Nevertheless, he still wants to bomb them back to the Stone Age. Why?

Wild that America has a president who regularly goes “I’ll start World War 3” to tank the stock market and then at the last minute says “j/k I’m not invading Greenland/Iran/Canada/etc” then the market jumps back up with mysterious people making a killing after he backs down.

An amazing coincidence.

According to the Financial Times, France, Italy, and other European nations are in talks with Iran to guarantee safe passage for their ships through the Strait of Hormuz.

Europe is taking things into their own hands and not waiting for Trump to ‘feel it in his bones’ to stop the war in Iran.

Where do I sign? Great idea.
This is a shot in the dark, but what if we lowered the retirement age, on a voluntary basis, give full pension to those over 55 who want to retire now?

It would open up possibly a million or so jobs that the youth could fill.

Could the government handle that?

Just a thought.

Some costs aren’t costs.
One mile on a bike is a $.42 economic gain to society, one mile driving is a $.20 loss
Copenhagen, the bicycle-friendliest place on the planet, publishes a biannual Bicycle Account, and buried in its pages is a rather astonishing fact.

Moving from chronological feed to the algorithmic feed also increases engagement.
