I am trying to use Paypal while travelling in Europe. I have a travel SIM card so I don't have access to text from my home number. There is no way to tell Paypal to send me the two step authentication code to my email, or Whatsapp. Oh well, I will continue to not use Paypal.

I have no issues with Madura being deposed, but the reason for his dethroning should have the interest of Venezuelan citizens, not oil.
