I'd still mention it. When I get my eyes checked, I mention anything (e.g., like taking my glasses off to cross-stitch) and trust that the doctor can weed through and say "This is concerning, this is normal, this is irrelevant, etc." Sometimes the smallest things can lead to a bigger issue.

I just finished the latest Singing Hills novella! I've been getting them from the library, but I really enjoy them on the whole and hope to buy them all for re-reading someday.
