Safety and anti-fraud regulations are what stand between consumers and real harm. Think the companies will protect you out of a sense of moral duty? Think again.

This is crazy. Alex is from Brazil, why would they deport him to Guyana?

He’s a longtime West Hollywood resident who has been following his immigration requirements. He wasn’t hiding. He wasn’t on the run. He showed up for his required ICE check-in.

And that’s where they detained him.

The newly confirmed Attorney General of the United States is speaking at a political rally in support of the Republican candidate for New York governor.

I’m pretty certain that the previous time in modern DOJ history (say the last hundred years) that something like that has happened is…..NEVER.

On the day DOJ went 0-22 in court, and the 6th Circuit rejected its petition to review its defeat en banc, the AAG is left celebrating the dissents.

Elias Law Group remains undefeated and we are not tired of citing majority opinions!

My husband and I went to a meet and greet with Xavier Becerra on Thursday in Palm Springs. We went in there as curious, undecided voters. We left very unimpressed.

All promised after January 6, 2021 to stop funding lawmakers who tried to overturn the 2020 election.

And all have broken that promise.

This is amazing, and somewhat shocking.
"Fortunate Son" by Creedence Clearwater Revival is a protest song that critiques the social injustice and class disparities within the Vietnam War draft system.
I did not edit this, this is the actual parade with the actual music being played.

A new Louisiana law demands that every voter registration applicant submit proof of U.S. citizenship, but doesn’t clarify what counts as proof. A lawsuit challenging the law calls it vague and unconstitutional.

great analysis.
1. As Trump heads to the region, Israel faces a massive bipartisan crisis in its relationship with the U.S. There is a way out, but it requires ending the war, getting the hostages out, pursuing normalization and a Palestinian state. Short of that, the relationship may never be the same.

My god, Trump admin has altered Hatch Act rules so that it is OK for federal employees to display campaign paraphenalia on the job -- but ONLY for the current President/VP, not for any challengers.

I ran some numbers last year on voter fraud using the Heritage Foundation's claim of 1,500 cases of voter fraud. Their database needed cases dating back to 1948 to get to 1,500 and they note 41 *attempts" by non-citizens to vote in 40 years, or 1/year. Lightning strikes kill 20/year in America.
