Iowa Medicaid is dominated by private insurers (MCOs) that waste taxpayer dollars and delay care—hurting patients, clinicians, and hospitals. MCOs were added by executive action 10 years ago, they can be removed with a new governor in 2027. Join our campaign to build pressure to kick out the MCOs.
