Its body is much more curved and plantlike with its arms much closer to its root legs.

National Dex #064- Kadabra
The Psi Pokémon
JP: Yungerer
Type: Psychic
Abilities: Synchronize, Inner Focus, Magic Guard (HA)
A thread 🧵
#pokemon #pokeppreciate
More modern game art of Kadabra doing a pretty nice looking pose raising its spoon in the air and giving you an intense sideye. From this angle, you can really see how massive the fox-like tail is relative to its tiny lower body and chunky upper body armor. You can also see the gradient of its moustache, and the segmentation of their limbs. Older art of Kadabra posing in a dynamic way. The spoon and its fingers are front and center while it hides a mot of its body. it has more of a reptilian vibe from this view.

The Psi Pokémon

Abilities: Synchronize, Inner Focus, Magic Guard(HA)
A thread 🧵
#pokemon #pokeppreciate
Modern game art of Abra, with its signature golden shell and skin, brown "upper armor", beige snout and inner ears, and a single tail band in a similar color to their upper body. It has shoulder pads and both its ands and feet have three digits and a lot of their outer appendages look like armor. Once could say it looks fox-like, similar to a possim, or even and alien from a series like Dragonball. Older watercolor art of Abra. It's body looks much bigger in this illustration and it looks like its really fast asleep. Notice also there are less segments on its fingers.
