Ok I’m all for labeling violent gangs terrorist but MS-13 was born in Los Angeles. They are a domestic terrorist group, so even if he is a member these are the facts. He by law was here legally and if he is a member MS-13 (domestic terrorist) he should be here in US court.

Well first off wouldn’t the existence of the group text have to be known first. It’s not like they told people about the chat they were having. Or maybe they did and isn’t that a breach of security right there. High school students don’t even talk about there group text existence.
