When I go to a show I allow myself one little snipped of video and my phone is at chest level in no one’s way. Again that was the most fun I’ve had since pre-covid

Went to see a new band I’m having a summer fling with, they have helped me work on healing after Roscoe and it turned out to be the most fun I have had since before shelter in place. And I had people I love all around me. I haven’t been that happy in a very long time! ♥️Haute & Freddy

When teachers would lick a gold star and stick it on my forehead like they did when I was little I HATED it. I could smell their spit all day, it was distracting and gross, but I felt obligated to keep it on.

Being able to frame things with folks now as “I am autistic with a huge heap of ADHD” has change my life in so many great ways. For years I’ve told lovers “don’t give me hints you’re better off beating me over the head with it” and they ignored that. Now with“I’m AuDHD“ people get me❤️🩹 I AM HAPPIER!

Sleeping on my belly a while each night has really helped my shoulders/back/neck/hip bullshit. Plus ghosts and burglars can eat my ass more easily.

Funny how you can have a little sore spot on your skin that doesn’t want to heal then the doctor freezes it and “snap” it heels up after a month of being “ouch - ick - wow”.

Opened curtains this morning & the handsome man that rekindled any interest I have in men after my last major breakup was out there. Not seen him in a year+ He would smile so sweetly while I helped Roscoe along. A handsome ottery fellow who sorta looks like he is in “dad’s” hand me down clothes.

I slept on my belly last night and it helped push my shoulder back into it socket and it is much less sore. My neck feels better too. I might be able to be sex playful again.
