ICE can not be reformed or regulated. ICE needs one thing and one thing only. Eliminate it. Prosecute those who have murdered, assaulted, raped and robbed. Make them into societal pariahs, unwelcome among decent society.

Interesting stuff...recently read that some countries in Europe base traffic fines on a person's income. So the more you make the more you pay, thus it hurts if you make 40,000 a year or 400,000 a year. Equal financial pain, the way it should be if you violate the law
