3/ Identify adaptation needs: Look at your participants, your context, your organisation, and your setting. Where are the mismatches? Language, norms, timing, facilitator profiles- all of it matters.

2/ Get to know the curriculum: Contact the original curriculum designers, review the theory of change, implementation guides, and evaluation data. Have your staff go through it as participants. You cannot adapt what you do not fully understand.
