Feels like we are speed running towards a global catastrophe. Not skynet but all the systems we have built toppling over stress from hordes of rogue agents. We should be concerned about bad actors but the real fear I have is incompetence and negligence.
I believe to have found new evidence of Openai agents writing to public wiki/pastebin websites that has not been covered by yesterday's release. Some of it appears to be after July 2nd, therefore suggesting that the coordination had not stopped with the end of DSE incident, even up to August

Hopefully this is because of 27 Beta, but I have many duplicated entries in macOS permissions from the same app but different versions of that same app. Worst offenders are google chrome, herdr and claude.

Somewhere on GitHub someone is vibe coding a code hosting platform because they think GitHub is failing too often due to vibe coding. This is the world we live in now.

Proposal: all documentation sites should render their entire contents combined in one large .md file at some standard route so you can just add that as context to an LLM chat so you get help for only the newest version of what you’re asking about.

Seems like the @anthropic.com ’s claude desktop app itself should be aware of itself and able to answer questions like “How do I setup claude desktop to leverage a local MCP server”. But it seems it’s unaware of its own settings. Small detail but it stands out

LLMs might eventually take the frustration out of development but they're also taking some of the joy out of it too. If you're inquisitive and want know how the things you're building work, you're going to be slower than other people once these things get better, kind of a bummer if you enjoy it.
