Kamila's & Benoit's "Mamma La Rondinella" ⛸️ SP feels a bit of cultural appropriation. Hold your pitchforks: it's always a tad cringe when skaters perform to folk music of a foreign country-Gubanova's bindi 😬? However, tarantella dance is not a *national* tradition, it is of 1 of Italy's 20 regions

Following individual assessments Mark Kondratiuk and Kamila Valieva no longer satisfy requirements to participate as Individual Neutral Athletes
The ISU also determined that Alexandra Stepanova / Ivan Bukin do not satisfy the requirements.
