3. Defers addressing Iran’s nuclear program, the ostensible cause of the war, until later. The two sides will negotiate while US maintains satellite overwatch of Iran’s nuclear sites—both things that were happening before this war, so remains unclear what the war has achieved strategically. 4/4

2. Israel is not party to the agreement, even though agreement apparently calls for end to Israeli attacks in Lebanon while not requiring Iran to end support for Hezbollah, nor dismantling Iran’s missile program that threatens Israel. 3/4
