I am begging journalists to stop believing this slop and trying to sell it to the American people.

Trump has never acted like a grown up who is willing to accept reality for a single god damn minute of his life and there’s no way he’s starting now.
“.. Trump in recent weeks has become sober about the gravity of the political situation, listening intently as he is presented with often discouraging polling, according to four people with knowledge of his recent comments ..”

I'm serious when I say I've lost track of all the recent revelations of literal Nazis working in high-level positions in Republican congressional campaigns and I would very much appreciate a journalist who took the time to detail as many of them as can fit into an article.
Ossoff: "Then there's the ex-staffer posting swastikas and Klan regalia. And the neo-Nazi with a million followers who produces neo-Nazi propaganda at Collins's house ... a man who won't take responsibility for what happens under his own roof can't be trusted with our national affairs."

Things rural white people hate more than they love their children, in no particular order:

1. Black people having rights

2. Women, including their wives, daughters, sisters, moms, and themselves, having opportunities for independence

3. Black people again

4. Jewish people

5. Religious freedom

"Go after the criminals. We're all for that. But leave the mom and pops and the kids alone. Man, he's destroying families," Gannon said.

"don't make enough money" is a fig leaf

All those degree programs--social work, art, etc.--have disproportionately female student bodies.

This is designed to make it harder for women to attend college--college education being a key factor in women's autonomy from men & left-leaning voting pattern.
President Trump is banning students majoring in degrees that don’t make enough money from taking out college loans. Degrees for social work, art, religious studies, teaching aides, and music will be hit the hardest. trib.al/aaAEu6v
Trump Moves to Cut Off Student Loans for Tons of Degrees
Under a new rule, if your degree doesn’t make enough money, you won’t be able to get a student loan.
