Good news! You don't have to be stuck in your ways no matter your age. If you don't like your personality, change it. A study from Heidelberg University found that adults in their 70s improved in emotional stability and extraversion just as much as people in their 20s after an 8-week program.

Talking about money is scary for anyone, whether with family, friends, or S/Os. Interestingly, research from the SPPS journal [ow.ly/yskf50Ys96k] says that couples don't realize "how positive, connecting, and worthwhile" financial conversations can be. Yay, good news!
