This is some sort of a Turkish quesadilla. I don't know how to describe it except to say that it had orange potato and all kinds of grilled vegetables and some other delicious flavors I had never tried before and I am so very grateful to have the opportunity to eat foods from across the world here.

If you were thinking that you would come to Yellowstone National Park and see the geysers in shorts and flip-flops, I recommend visiting Free Heel and wlWheel and Big Sky anglers for all your winter weather needs.
