I finally finished an OC animatic after one thousand years! Pen Pals Forever is about three best friends who come across a magical friendship journal, granting them powers that they use to help out their neighborhood and beyond. It’s a story about community, empathy, and friendship.

the final designs that i really liked from each iteration!! my lady 🙏 i tried to cover the silhouettes of both the game and the manga tippis in her humanoid form.

after reviewing these designs, my friend @mewd.bsky.social made a suggestion that I should also explore designs similar to the SPM versions of the ancients. This was a very different approach and a great design exercise for me. I really like how this light blue one looks

it's Super Paper Mario fan art time! I've always wanted to flesh out my version of non-pixl Tippi (Lady Timpani) would look like. I wanted to portray a look of a girl from simple and humble origins, while still keeping the iconography of the rainbow butterfly.
