Alright on FlyQuest. This team fucking sucks right now. Massu and Gackgos look bad, Quad looks checked out. Cryogen looks like a good for a first year rookie. Gryffin is the only one playing well ish.

Honestly so jealous of the European/African folks who get to see an eclipse tomorrow. I’ve seen totality twice and it’s life changing. You can feel cosmic, maybe divine power. Unbelievable.

I think the entire Fauci hysteria can be chalked up to him being an actual, careful scientist who 1) asks questions in private and 2) immediately works to answer them and the public is so scientifically illiterate that they see this as a coverup instead of the scientific method working properly

I think Niftski is going to get the TAS tie first, but I don’t think it’s gonna be in this session. I think we’re gonna see 2-3 grueling months of this and he’s gonna have to take a break.

The thing I can't really figure out about Lab Leak Theory is like... so what if it were true? Like is the idea that we could sue China for damages? That's not gonna work. It wouldn't really change anything both to how we responded to Covid and how we act going forward.

It’s such a disappointment (understatement) that the pandemic made like 35% of the population totally insane.
This was a chance for single payer. This was our chance for clean air as a right.

My concern for when democrats take back power is that they try one time to implement term limits as their only court reform (which will fail) and then shrug at all the other stuff they can’t do
