The Hōlei Sea Arch in Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park has collapsed, according to the National Park Service.
It collapsed between September 23rd and September 27th while the park was temporarily closed during the Tropical Storm Nolo.

it didn't even occur to me that the government might try to execute someone a second time if they torture the person but fail to kill them during a first botched attempt. truly grotesque and a moral stain upon all involved.

- chuck roast and 1 carton of beef broth with beef stew & brown gravy packets mixed in the crock pot, low & slow for approx 5 hrs
- add canned seasoned cabbage, baby potatoes, sliced carrots, peas, & I also used a tomato/corn/okra mix & continue to cook on low/warm for ~7 hrs
- season to ur taste!

so-update this is AMAZING! so rich & buttery from the fat but not greasy. meat is falling apart but not mushy. the veggies cooked to tenderness & the seasonings are delectable & wonderfully balanced if I do say so myself. nutrient rich from the veggies & stick to your bones from the beef & potatoes

im making a vegetable beef stew in the crock pot today that I'm very hopeful will turn out well and last us a few days -- will update later. the meat was already super tender this morning when I added the canned veggies in! hope it doesn't turn to mush
