Trump’s latest proposal looks like an attempt to buy the election by offering cash to stay‑at‑home parents, funded by cutting child‑care support meant for working families. It has more than a whiff of socialism.

Now that the GOP is pushing to use budget reconciliation to fund what may be the most unpopular part of government, I'm starting to wonder whether Republicans are deliberately setting things up for a Democratic blue wave in the midterms so it won't fall to them to impeach Trump.

The administration’s recent actions suggest Trump and Hegsweth are behaving like insecure adolescents, provoking conflicts that put service members at risk to project toughness and feed Trump’s ego.

If you are sending Coast Guard Boats down to Argentina to pirate oil tankers doesn't that reduce the number of boats in US coastal waters to handle maritime issues and halt drugs boats in US waters?
Is reduced drug interdiction the goal?

It is so very interesting that every Woman in Trump's Administration that does things, or supports his actions, that go against everything that Jesus taught makes a big deal of wearing a crucifix. Could it be due to Hope God and real Christians will ignore their actions.

You know what really bothers me about Trump's "Drug War" is that he, and Hegseth, are using lousy tactics. Unlike the Police they are attacking the little guys, the alleged drug runners, and not the big ships who pick up from them.
Why? Is it that his Buddies own the ships and say who to hit?
