It's been 3 months since Trump's abysmal "concepts of a plan" answer at the debate, and he STILL doesn't have anything more than "concepts," despite his intentions to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

Anyone, any entity, anywhere in the world can just pay him any amount (for anything he promises in return), and there's no disclosure of the payments, no oversight of any of it by anyone, and of course no potential bribery prosecution (of him) because... immune.
