Today I put up my flag. Last week I had a neighbor approach my home and offer threats and name calling, as she flies an American flag and an “I support Donald Trump” flag. Yet my window anti trump protest signs offended her so much she had to knock on my front door! I will NOT be silenced!!

Ohio may have broke out of the deep freeze today. Got out for my 5 k in the fresh air and sunshine. Could you ever think 34 would feel warm? Perfection! Best way to clear your head. Much needed break from the world for a bit! Running is life!

In another platform I watched reels on this lady who had pet jumping spiders. Not a spider fan but I really loved the different personalities they showed. I brought my outdoor fairy house in for winter and gained a house jumping spider!💕

Well runs are on hold a while! Diverticulitis got me. Looks like I got some time to focus on fast walks and weights!🤷🏻♀️. Getting old sucks! But I will embrace it and make the best of the journey!!
