Attorney Dhillon knows this. At some point we have got to start holding these lawyers accountable for their blatant professional misconduct in bringing these frivolous actions in furtherance of a political agenda.

Further, a diversity admissions event—like an HBCU grad scholarship—is not foreclosed to Asian or White students. SFFA didn’t make diversity events or the use of the word illegal.

As someone who can read, I am confused by how UCLA’s statements and actions demonstrate anything other than compliance with SFFA. SFFA explicitly says a school may consider race in the exact way UCLA described.
