Watched that Reform half hour party political broadcast on channel 4 last night. Had no idea that these foreigners were funding and influencing our elections. Nigel might be right after all. Send them back to where they came from!

As I get older I pass little milestones. Today was probably the last time I lift a (smallish) chest freezer up on to the roof bars of a car. So that's a bit of fun out of my life forever now.
On the plus side I heard the "ping" in my shoulder as it complained, so my hearing is still good.
