Kansalaisaloitepalvelu - Datakeskukset kuriin – Kansalaisaloite datakeskusten sääntelyn ja resurssipohjaisen datakeskusmaksun säätämiseksi
Esitämme, että tämän kansalaisaloitteen pohjalta eduskunta edellyttää valtioneuvostoa ryhtymään lainvalmisteluun, jossa: Asetetaan datakeskuksille ehdot ja rajoitukset sähköverkkoon liittymiselle ja toiminnan harjoittamiselle huomioiden sähköverkon kapasiteetti, pakollinen varavoima ja hukkalämmön hyödyntäminen. Lainvalmistelun tavoitteena on turvata sähkön riittävyys ja kohtuuhintaisuus kotitalouksille sekä muulle teollisuudelle. Säädetään erillinen datakeskusmaksu, jonka määräytymisperusteen tulee vastata toiminnan aiheuttamia ympäristöhaittoja ja käytettyjä resursseja (mm. sähkö, vesi, maankäyttö) toimien näitä haittoja kompensoivana järjestelmänä.

Please share your feedback on how genAI destroys the livelihoods of artists on the official EU website. You can do so even if you're not an EU citizen. We have to be loud so the change will come, and practice shoes that voicing hatred towards genAI works
