A genuinely astounding display of bad faith and duplicity. Honestly this is the kind of little nugget that if we had in a script *in our daily cable news and opinion show*, we would cut because it’s just too misleading to use in good faith without abusing the audience.

Congressional maps are going to look completely unrecognizable in 2028, and not just in the South. I would imagine NY/NY are going to implement near unanimous D maps, as they should. This is democracy unraveling before our eyes.
The only avenue that SCOTUS left open to curb gerrymanders is a non-partisan commission, but as the big Blue states are realizing, you're a sucker if you adopt a neutral map when the other side gerrymanders. The only alternatives are 1.) national gerrymandering ban, or 2.) maximum gerrymandering.
