To Quebec's Premiere: Either Quebec is part of Canada & gets on board with what Canada is doing--as a country, not as two (or three, or...) pieces of Canada, or gets left out. If you want to ensure concerns of Quebeckers are addressed, then you sit down with the Prime Minister and talk it through.

But, can you trust information from Trump's government on employment? Be that hiring or firing/unemployment, he ravaged the agency because he didn't like the numbers he was seeing. Take everything coming from the US as suspect!

But is he wrong? Likely not. But, be that as it may, I guarantee it was a joke and to refer to it as "shade" rips that intent from the comment. Be better at your headlines CTV. When some see this headline they'll be angry right out of the gate.
