Ugh I’ve been hearing that old siren’s song as well 😩 I’m afraid of how rusty I’d be though, it’s been at least a year

Thankfully they stayed in their lanes and sped past, with me between them. Not to be dramatic, but that was really scary.

This was me crossing MLK Way (with the Walk sign btw!), with 2 cars speeding toward me. I was kind of frozen…do I go backward into the lane that one was in? Or forward into the lane the other was in? I kind of just froze where I was, hoping they would decide not to hit me. 🤷🏼‍♂️

As a Seattle pedestrian, I’ve def had my fair share of close calls, but they’ve all been slow moving, like people turning into small intersections that I happened to be crossing.
