Booker eviscerates Patel: "He's like an 18 year old kid who wants to join a fraternity that he could never be a member of, doing keg stands and chugging with friends. He's an embarrassment. He is a disgrace. This is a mockery and a sham. What's bad are the people enabling him."

Excellent point. Should be widely distributed and discussed.
We need at some point to talk about American Evangelicalism as a heretical movement. We should not indulge the delusion of a bunch or nuts who cherry-pick the Bible to rationalize otherwise indefensible 21st century bigotries that they are representatives of a global faith.

#Denmark built so much wind that some blustery hours the turbines out-produce what the whole country is using.
When that happens, the extra power doesn’t sit idle. It moves through Denmark’s links into the wider European network and heads to neighbors like Germany, Norway, Sweden. #ActOnClimate

I’ll never get over seeing corrupt immoral fascist criminals in Texas like Greg Abbott and Ken Paxton running campaigns on the promise of fixing things they’ve deliberately broken for 30 years instead of being sent to prison for the crimes they’ve committed throughout that entire time.

He's lying about 9/11. He lied about the pandemic. He lied about the integrity of our elections. He doctored an official weather map to lie about a hurricane. There is absolutely nothing that Donald Trump won't lie about.
Trump claims he was basically lifted out of the rubble on 9/11: "Two fireman, big strong guys, they grabbed me under the arms -- 'got to get our of here!' -- and they literally lifted me up, and they started running with me."

You’ll notice the American state media and scumbags like Jake Tapper went from relentlessly attacking President Biden about his age as he was doing great work to total silence as the orange felon posts threatening AI propaganda all day every day as he destroys everything he touches.

This is an absolutely insane lie. His whole story about this today is a lie. I know he's lied about his non-role in 9/11 rescue/recovery before, but never this level of detail. Just total fantasy. Utterly disgraceful. Next he will claim he won the Medal of Honor. www.threads.com/share/_1TKI7...

The government must address the real and legitimate needs of the American people (healthcare, childcare, nutrition, the rest of the safety net) without regard for how it might disadvantage big business and the wealthy. This will require getting money out of politics.
Perfectly states what I've been saying for some time, now.

This is so obvious but overlooked. Each position Trump takes favoring Russia is examined in isolation, which is a mistake. Taken together, they paint an unmistakable picture that Trump is selling out the U.S. on behalf of Russia.

The Democratic Party’s mega-donor class is horrified by the rising tide of progressive populism.

Too bad.

It's time they recognize the real choice is between democracy and tyranny, between an economy that works for all or one that works for a small sliver at the top.

This is a little late. The Supreme Court already pardoned him.
x.com/miafortrump/.... BREAKING: Senate Democrats just introduced a bill that bans Trump from pardoning himself for corruption.

This corrupt clown could finally go to jail for a long time.

Thumbs up 👍 if you’re ready to see this grifter behind bars where he belongs.

"Pretty soon I'll be declaring the Hormuz Strait a territory of the United States," Trump said yesterday.
A remark like that should prompt an emergency vote of the Cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment and remove Trump.
But it doesn't, because the U.S. is swimming in a collective madness.

Why are unprovoked wars started by other countries called "a war of aggression," but Trump's unprovoked war against Iran is called "a war of choice"?
