I've made far too many posts already about the new Strokes album but it keeps getting worse the more I think about it.
There are some great tracks, but Julian's vocal performance is probably the weakest it's been, especially following what is IMO his strongest performance on TNA.

OK so the Fantano name drop in the Lonely in the Future kinda soured the whole song for me after thinking about it. Its kinda pathetic and petty IMO.
The album has dropped 70/100.
Also something I didn't say at first is that It's definitely the Strokes most "Acquired Taste" album yet.

OK so the Fantano name drop in the Lonely in the Future kinda soured the whole song for me after thinking about it. Its kinda pathetic and petty IMO.

The songs with autotune are a bit of a mixed bag. I really like Going Shopping and LITF. Psycho Shit and Tyrants is pretty decent. FOOL is... Alright.
The rest of the songs are fantastic though. Going to Babble On is my favorite of the album.
