The doctor for the group home I lived at as a kid was a true dr feel good and got everyone hooked on stimulants and benzos. I got dx'd with "tourettes tendencies". My mom ended up confronting him in an appointment and he told her she had tourettes tendencies too because she was shaking her leg.

In the two years I worked on a farm, not once did I see or here about anyone from the usda doing any sort of inspection. Nor from the state. We had one audit that was done by an independent organization that the company paid to have done and that was our only inspection that “guaranteed” safe food
Turns out that food companies were only checking their food because the government told them to, which is exactly why we need government regulations.
