BC (before celiac) egg noodles, sour cream, & cottage cheese. PC sub gluten free shells or elbows. I really miss the egg noodle taste.

Thinking back to how I was as a teen most if them aren't thinking long term consequences.

💯. My psychic wounds led me to have physical wounds, which leads to both healing. My body said not paying attention enough. Have a week in the hospital to reflect and practice what you've already learned and learn some more. I need to listen closer so I don't keep having such difficult lessons.

I pray you no longer believe that. Our younger selves believe many untrue things. Time allows growth out of them. I know many untruths still plague me, but I work on learning more helpful truths. I’m sure I'll be discarding shit until the day I die. I've certainly dumped a ton at this hospital stay.
