I may have this all wrong, but my quick read of negotiations is that US team is offering a JV with a criminal enterprise to collect tolls from shippers transiting international waters, a violation of international maritime law and in simple piracy terms—piracy. Do i have that right?

Listened to an interview with Josh Owens, a former contributor to Alex Jones’ Infowars. His assignment was to film someone dressed as a member of ISIS easily crossing the Mexico border. Problem? Border Patrol stopped them. So they filmed at a river not on the border. And got over a million views.

Not many federal attorneys---and certainly no leadership---left in Minneapolis. I suspect a contempt order is imminent. Without middle managers, however, that contempt order may go pretty far up the chain.
