And I think what's been harder than anything is that both my parents are children of Holocaust survivors. 3/4 of my family perished. I can't haphazardly throw that away, but I just feel so disconnected in my heart.

I'm feeling the same way, and it's really hard. My daughter turned 7 and the whole family is pushing Hebrew School and joining a temple and I just feel lost.
