Today was overall a good day. I am starting to get along a lot better with my classmates, which is good because I was really worried that they didn't like me. I can't say I'm too thrilled though by how this is all passing by so quickly. I wish I could take things in more.

I haven't posted very much about the stuff I've bought in Japan, but my proudest snag so far is easily the first volume of the GJ-bu light novel I got at Mandarake for a whopping 50 yen. They were practically giving it away lol.

It's been 3 weeks and I still don't really have a good grasp on whether or not my classmates particularly like me. I dunno, I always feel quick to assume people dislike me until they state otherwise. I'm not a mind reader.

Embarrassed myself again today. My socks ended up coming out of the laundry really smelly, and I wore them to class today without thinking. I had to leave because I was panicking from how embarrassing it was and couldn't focus at all. I gotta figure out what is wrong with my washing machine.

My time in Japan has kind of hit me right in the face, as I am not feeling very good about it. I've spent the last few years, for the most part, being very competent at what I do, and here I am constantly making mistakes and embarrassing myself. Not just with the language,

I've noticed a cheat code to me having a good conversation in Japanese is to bring up Spiral. I'm 2 out of 2 so far on that. I think in general my favorite conversations to have are "Remember this? This was a thing".

So in the GameCube version of Tales of Symphonia, it seems as if the Memory Gem is impossible to get in the Remote Island Human Ranch. You are supposed to get it from this enemy here (as specified in the remake), but even after fighting every enemy in the dungeon I cannot get it.

Time for me moves really quickly, so when people are shocked I remember something from what they consider a long time, I consider it a lot more recent, or when they talk like we haven't talked in awhile. Even with my vids, it feels like a short time since my Game-bu vid last year
