Sometimes Chili doesn’t finish her food and she will sit at the fridge to have us take it to her. In order to not have Bell eat her food, Chili then gets put in the bathroom.

So we feed Bell in the half bath with Chili at the door because she likes to be near Bell. Bell finished her food quicker and will yowl when finished which leads to Chili telling us Bell is finished but we have to re direct her to finish her own food.
