Check your Secretary of State’s website - they’ll have information for you. It seems like a lot of them are going to be letting you pick a ballot up in person and then mail it in after you fill it out.
So what is going to happen to states that have been only voting by mail for years? We have 72 days to re-establish and entire system?

Translation: this bill is going to do away with harmful taxes on people that lose their homes in wildfires or any other natural disaster. It’s a big win, especially for Oregonians.
Senator Wyden received unanimous consent to pass H.R. 5366, and act to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to codify and extend the rules for personal causality losses arising from major disasters and so forth.
