Like multilingual or not, if you're deaf but having a chat with yourself in your head, (what) are you even hearing? What even are words? Or do you see sign instead? Am I absolutely mental?

answering this here as it oddly comes up quite often; I'd say it's probably 70% English / 25% French / 5% Spanish at this stage, though the languages stopped being separate in my head a long time ago, sentences will often be multilingual, it's not really the case of thinking in this or that language
Apologies if you've answered this before, do you now find you think in English, or still in French mostly?

Well, I've now seen The Odyssey and it's an odd one.
The whole is less than the sum of its parts. Many spectacular aspects, it never faltered, strong performances but collectively it just fell a bit flat for me.
Might be my contrarian nature but maybe all the hype made me indirectly like it less?

There's an irony in being a Commercial Finance spreadsheet kinda guy, internally seething at the fact that it has just cost me £2,000 for two guys to spend 30 minutes fixing a minor roofing issue.
