Had a dream I was lost in some backrooms esque underground network of buildings. Finally got out out to where there were people and a customer service worker at one of the waystations gave me a coat and said to look out before this intense snow storm came and I was assaulted by an Eldritch horror.

Got into Monster Hunter Wilds a few days ago and my level of autism for the series is back with a vengeance. That being said, holy fuck can you guys design a MH that doesn't have ten BILLION menus. The UI design for the series is out of control. Please for the love of god simplify things down a bit.

I'm so tired of the constant onslaught everything these days. Epstein, ICE, mass shootings, anti Trans bathroom bills, anti Trans sports bills, anti queer rhetoric, attempted assassinations, actually successful assassinations, war in Ukraine, war in Israel. I wish for a week of just.... nothing.

I'm tired of seeing govt workers resign in the face of adversity. All you're accomplishing is stepping out of the way. They will 100% replace you with yes men who will blindly do their bidding. Grindr is such a dumpster fire. One week it'll be "normal" then next week they implement only being able to block people if you pay for premium, just to walk that back a week later. Don't even get me started on how much of a buggy mess the app is. Feel like the devs have NO idea what they're doing.

So I started playing Soulframe. I haven't been this enamoured with a video game in a long time. The music, and the sound design are AMAZING. The combat feels weighty without being too slow. The way they hide loading screens is really clever. Fuck, I could geek out over it for hours. #soulframe
