I actually managed to do some work on my game last night and am closer to getting the core rules done. I'm tempted to set a timeframe again but I already know that's a bad idea. I'm not great at keeping to them.
I guess I'm just excited to make this a thing and want to hurry up.

Finally have the easier tasks at work this week so I can spend more time on Aether Monsters when I'm not busy.

A big concern I have with my game is guiding GMs on how to make balanced combat encounters. I'm not good at it myself in other games, the encounters are either a cake walk for the players or impossible. I can't find the right balance no matter what I try.

Aether Monsters dev is back on! I ran into a bit of a block cause I've been reconsidering the base system for the game multiple times now and finally decided on a d6 system. I know these are for more narrative focused games but the dice rules work really well for my weird creature training rpg.

I just spent the whole weekend recovering from some pretty heavy fatigue. I slept basically the whole day yesterday and today I beat Pokemon Sword so I can start working on shiny hunting in that.
Next weekend I'll definitely be back streaming and doing more dev.
