My classmates were in a rush to get out of class early and ended up ripping through them all 😅
But aside from the babkas we also made some danishes with hazulnut filling, vanilla cream and pastry cream dots on top

Yesterday was a full day of cleaning out my apartment and traveling, I got home pretty late (I think like 1:30 am which technically means it was 4:30 am for me cuz of time change)
So far I’ve spent one day home and I got to hang with my cats and I got my fav popcorn chicken from a boba shop :3 🩷

Another night of baking, I made crème brûlée with the egg yolks left over from the macarons I made the other day and then I made some basque cheesecake :3

I think I forgot to post this but this was the last day of class, we had a buffet and had people visit and take some of the desserts the class made
