I've got a ring binder with pages of felt sheets for displaying pins. Everything else is displayed on bookshelves, or stored in drawers and boxes.

My plushies used to sit in a pile on a beanbag chair, but now they're in a (big) basket.

Interesting! I’m ace, but for me there’s still enough distance in first-person; I’m just reading someone else’s thoughts. What you describe makes perfect sense, though.

I’ve written romantasy in first, second, and third-person, so it’s good to know how different modes can affect different people.
